Hi, I’m Robin Hayes — a lifelong backyard birder based in the eastern US. I’ve been watching and feeding birds for over 15 years, and I started this site because I couldn’t find a backyard birding resource that was both honest and practical.
Most bird feeding advice online is either too basic (“put out a feeder!”) or too technical for someone who just wants to enjoy birds in their yard. Easy Backyard Birding lives in the middle.
